For those who dont understand...when a solid red signal is sent to the amps, there will no no dynamic range at all in the music, just like if you record a set and set the compressor/limiter too heavy on it. In other words the music will sound very loud but completely flat. Other than that his mixing was decent but just playin it too loud. Wouldnt of been surprised if a few of the speakers blew during his set. |
Yea he recently came to Dallas this past weekend....The man is a tool. Just like you said, all reds on the mixer, he blew both his monitors and bitched about it....understandable, but knowing that since I personally played on the main stage with him, he could have learned to mix with his headphones....he said he couldnt,....WTF!!! Not to bad of a DJ, PERSONALITY, packed his and walked off the stage before the other dj was ready to go..... |

BUT.. I'VE ALSO BEEN SEEING FLYERS WITH ACOSTA AND NO JOHAN...
SOMEONE PLEASE CONFIRM IF JOHAN GIELEN IS GONNA BE SPINNING. ILOOKED ON HIS SITE AND HE DOESN'T HAVE A CONFIRMED TOUR DATE FOR COWBOYS AT ALL.....BOTTOM LINE IS THAT IF GIELEN ISN'T THERE I'M NOT GOING.... |
