Airbase is back with a new production.There is the Original Mix which is a trance tune with an epic melody after the breakdown (which reminds me of The Rock).It's a great uplifting tune and i'm really looking forward to it BUT the Director's Cut version,although it's not a trance tune is simply beyond words.Epic as ever,the start reminds me of Metal Gear Solid Theme and then after a while it sounds similar to The Rock Theme.It's fantastic,really enjoy it.I've listened to the sample almost 20 times in a row and still want for some more.You've got to listen to this ;) .For samples head to Airbase's site http://www.airbase.nu/

My guess is that the main version of this tune is the Director's Cut,which is a different genre than trance......but he also wanted to give his fans something for their support so far,thus they made and a trance version.But still the focus is on the Director's Cut version,you can easily notice it ;) |

Thanks for your kind words.
The Original version is as it states, the original version. The Director's Cut is only a version of it (would be wrong to call it a remix by the way). All the orchestral pieces programmed and arranged by my brother (Andre). Lets not forget we are two who made this track.
And no, I'm not back, not yet atleast, this track was made in august last year, so for me it was done before I punched out on the asot clock :)
However, the response on this track is huge, so me and my brother are thinking of trying one more track, to see if we can do something with mixing electronica and orchestral. We havent yet found a good way to work, as we are on seperate locations, not running the same softwares at all, but we'll work it out!
And I got to agree with you, the Director's Cut is amazing, that one is written by my brother Andre alone, I'm his biggest fan! |

that song is just amazing, pure energetic and uplifting.
were you already asked to make it for the sensation/be last year?.. or have you send it as a promo to the organizers? |

Jezper,give congratulations from almost everyone here to your brother for the Director's Cut,it's simply mindblowing.I really enjoy these tunes and i hope to see more from him or both of you in this genre :) .And also here is hoping for trance remixes of most of your new tunes ;) |

No, it was not made for Sensation originally, they decided that at ID&T a few months after the track was signed as a regular single.
