Well, I did finish a remix of a beautiful track called Kobold by Neptune, which can be found HERE
The original features a nice Violin Melody, really inspiring!
It gave me some ideas and there it is, my remix of it for you to enjoy.

Ok, I'll listen to the original track first to see what you made of it ;) ... yeah, I think its a good choice to remix.
I think in terms of production quality, youre getting further and further very quickly. This one sounds very well balanced, every element is clearly audible, really nice.
Cool buildup, really got me interested. Youre becoming the master for dark melodies in here, you know?
The breakbeat kinda part is awesome.
In the end I got completely into this track... again the melodies and the pads work magical.
That kinda driving hihat(?) ultra hi driving sound is well thought, but I think it can be turned down a very little bit. Otherwise, synth design is awesome.
Keep up the excellent work!
edit: one thing, I think the original sounds quite oriental, yours is less. It doesnt have to mean anything, just wanted to point that out. |
