Toronto TA's - I'm thinking of becoming one. (pg. 3)

Oh man, i just signed a lease for a 2 bedroom basement apartment.

I'm paying 900/month(2 rooms), utilities included, tv cable included, and laundry included. I like the location because its near school, and work.
Its also close to the subway, not walking but a short bus ride down young.
as an indivudual i am looking at about rent($450) + phone(20), internet(25), travelling(90, monthly pass), food(250). so...$$835.
which leaves me with just a bit left over for myself.
I am going to have an income of about $1000/month, so it could get close, but i think i will pull through.

i guess good for anything in the northeast end of the city. |

I moved here a few years ago and used two websites to do most of my appointment making to find a place.
torontorentals.com
viewit.ca
Both are good because they put pictures up of the places you are going to be seeing so you can avoid seeing dives, unless thats the sort of thing you're in to. |
