How to organise your trance mp3s

I used to organise my trance mp3s like this:

Ferry Corsten > System F > Original tracks
> Remixes
> Gouryella > Original tracks
> Remixes

Which WAS fine.

Now I have a lot of CD/Vinyl singles on my hard disk which can't be organised in such a way because additional remixes by other artists are included. At the minute I am split between the old method and the new method which involves organising by CD titles. I therefore don't have a system, so I can't always find what I want easily.

There's probably no solution and itll just come across like I'm having a whinge, but I just thought it was worth a try to get other peoples' opinions.

I'm crazy about dates, but name is important too so you need to include both somehow, so what I do for example is
A 2002-06-17 Armin van Buuren - Sunburn
and if it's a remix, it's simple too
R 2002-07-06 Riva - Time Is The Healer (Incl. Armin van Buuren Remix)
I know it's probably not perfect, but it works for me.

my live mixes are by DJ, then date, in CD-sized directories.

I have alot of albums and digial downloads, my ID3 tags are all messed up, and im trying to find a program that reads from the filename and puts that in the ID3v2 tag. Anyone know of a program that does this?
PHP:

Mp3 name: Arist - Title [Remix]

Rather complex, filenames are fine and complete, just gotta get them into the IDv3 tags, hence my question above.
Ariah
yeah i would like that as well ^
