Not listening hard enough.

Its there.

is it actually the really slow: "aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh-oooaaaahhhhh" "aaaa-a-a-awoaaaaarrr-eerrrr"?

or is it said really quietly at a normal pace?

beats and beeps
Its said at normal pace but the voice sounds like a small childs voice.

People say its "barely audible" but I find it to be quite audible...I think people must have bad eq settings. So many people listen with too music with too much low end, because for me its extremely audible, just as much so as any other part of the track.

Its like right after the first break down I guess. When theres a loud loud burst, and then vocal "la la la" samples, but before the rev/fwd effect starts.

I'm listening to the record, but if you have it on cd, its probably about half way through the track, so like around 3 mins in I would guess.
