Black (PS2) read on IGN

I'm not sure if any of you guys will remember this but after last years there was an article on IGN about a PS2 game caled 'Black'. Apparently Sony had dubbed it the 'everything killer'. Details on it seemed pretty sketchy. So sketchy in fact that I've never heard anything more, nor seen anything else about this game on any other websites.
Does anyone know anything about this game?
I'm thinking that it was just some gay IGN joke...meh |

I was so looking foreward to that game too. I watched a video for it off the Duke Nukem: Manhatten Project CD and it reminded me of the long lost game. |
