i have a load of hard trance on my playlist, it picks sven vath - l'esperanza, and chooses gat decor - passion as the next tune.
that is like pro-dj level tune selection to take the pace back up again perfectly.

one time my ipod played some rank 1 - awakening remix, then went on to play another awakening remix, from that it jumped to motorcycle - atrc (some remix) and then finished the whole baluba off by playing ATRC again, but a different remix. hooray for the shuffle function
edit: wow that is a tiresome sentence |

| It happened a few times to me that I felt like there was telepathy between me and my Winamp. I was thinking about some track and hoping to hear it and somehow Winamp knew about this and played it. My Windows Media Player was never able to do this. |

| lol, most times ive found the exact opposite to be true. I've actually seen winamp random to the same song. It has also done stuff where it plays one song goes to another and then goes back to the one it played before. It also seems like it picks out its favorites and plays thoes many more times than the others in my list. Maybe its just me, but I think its random function is crap. |

did you ever consider that winamp tracks your favorite songs and defaults to them on random? its a simple function - but its clever.
sucks when you wanna bust thru all the youve not listened to enough by hitting random| |
