Yep somebody did a rotary mod to a dnx1500 too.
Can anybody find the pics of that mod, I cant seem to be able to find them again? If so post them. |

I actually did this to my Gemini UMX 7, just to see if it
could be done :D After I found out it would work, I put
back the Faders.
I can bet, if Rane comes out with a Rotary Empath, they
will increase the price. Like it cost more to go from
faders to knob contours :rolleyes: |

Heres the Denon X1500 with Rotaries.
Anybody know what knobs the guy is using on that Empathy, not the actually pot itself, but the knob on top, looks good, would like to use that when I mod my X1500. |

the knobs on the radio shack site are just remplacement.
the ones on the empath are atucal penny and giles knobs
look like the v6 indeed |

he wanted to know where the knobs were from NOT the pots .. the knobs are from radio shack .. end of story |
