5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Carnell Williams (RB - Auburn)

2 RB's from Auburn in the Top 5. And they didn't even play for a national championship :haha:

6. Tennessee Titans: Adam Jones (CB - WVU)

Vikes are on the clock!!

Wow, we passed up Mike Williams. That pisses me off.

7. Minnesota freaking Vikings: Troy Williamson (WR - South Carolina)
Eddie N MIAMI
woo hoo Ronnie Brown :)
we got ourselves a young RB with fresh legs to carry us for a while
If we woudve gotten Edwards, well there really isnt anybody to throw him the ball at the moment,so we filled our RB need instead.
Antrel wnet to Arizona :p good luck man
I just saw how the Broncos got Clarrett with the last pick of the day , any decent RB that puts on a denver uniform does good, so imagine this guy.
aaron rodgers was in the waiting room waiting till the 24th pick,i find that kinda funny
and wow the vikings actually didnt make any mistakes this time in the draft with clock management and such...o wait Troy Williamson over mike williams :wtf:

i just browsed through the picks .. i didn't really analyze every pick .. but here are some teams that stood out ..

detroit -- picks mike williams .. :wtf: .. could detroit now be labeled as the "greatest show on turf" now, overtaking st. louis for that label .. they now have williams, roy williams, and charles rodgers, and az-zahir hakim (orginal member of the first show .. go figure) at receivers, good tight ends in stephen alexander and schlesinger, a good running back (kevin jones), and a quarterback that has proven he can perform (joey harrington) ... they have a decent pass rush, and dre bly can perform .. so if they don't make the playoffs this year, a major major major disappointment for them .. seriously!..

denver -- picked maurice clarrett .. the one team that would treat him as a needed player on a team .. and who else to pick him up than mike shannahan (which seems to be the master at getting the best out of running backs, or something like that ..) .. first davis .. gary .. then anderson .. then portis .. the next would probably be griffin .. could clarett be next ??? :conf: ..

green bay -- picked aaron rodgers .. seems the best pick to be in the quarterback throne .. a very hard shoe to fill, (brett favre) .. seems aaron rodgers could fit nicely ??

buffalo -- roscoe parrish .. i mention this, because miami u is my fav college football team .. now buffalo has j.p. lohsman, mcgahee at running back, and moulds, parrish, lee evans, and josh reed (remember this guy .. a close duplicate to clayton (also from lsu) from tampa bay) .. could buffalo's offense be better than the one they had in the early 90's ?? probably not, but close

san francisco -- alex smith and frank gore .. alex smith seems to be the logical pick for them, i guess , since they had no offense last year with the quarterback .. but i still think braylon edwards could have been the better pick for them, and given tim rattay a second crack at the jon .. he has proven to be a good decision quarterback .. sf just needs an offensive line ..

but they also stole frank gore .. no one really recognizes how much of a bruising running back he is .. he could surprise many people this year .. but with him .. what about kevan barlow ?? he's a good running back .. and i guess they can work on their passing game starting with eric johnson, the tight end ..

this is going to be an interesting 2006 season .. we could possibly see as many as 5 teams enter the playoffs that did not make it last year .. :wtf:

Detroit has marcus pollard stretching the field at tight end.Joey harrington has no excuses now, hopefully Rogers doesn't get hurt again.

indeed...

so the broncos pick maurice clarett .. then the question remained who will pick up mr. troublesome 2005 adrian mcpherson ?? .. none other than the new orleans saints .. go figure .. ..

i wonder what the saints will do with this guy .. it's not like we need him .. we need a solid offensive line damn it .. not some troubled background guy who will only make things worse when he gets busted by the cops for mary-joes possession or crack dripping down his nose .. :wtf:

The analysts are saying that the Vikings had the best draft and the Packers had the worst. I agree, seeing as how the Packers defense is going to be even worse than last year's. Rodgers is a decent pickup... but doesn't help them at all this year, and they wasted the rest of their picks for the most part.

I really liked the Bucs draft...got a running back, a good linebacker,a pass catching tight end,2 safeties, offensive line help and a project with good size at receiver in larry Brackins.
I think New Orleans had a decent draft...Can mcpherson put some pressure on Brooks

Broncos take Clarett, and I'm willing to bet my house that they'll turn him into a 1000 yard rusher. Shanahan just never stops dishing them out!

And I agree Harrington has no excuse now in Detroit...I'd say if he doesn't show some NICE improvement in his numbers this year, he needs to ride the pine and they need to bring in somebody new.

I just found out late last night that, Miami Dolphins just signed the undrafted Brock Berlin from UM, I think this is good, He was a great QB for the Hurricanes at the time, And I think having him playing for the Dolphins might help us in the future.

I hope you're being sarcastic. Berlin is/was terrible. With all the talent on that team, all they needed was a decent QB to compete for the national title.
