I think hes likely guilty of child molestation, but in this case, I think he may be innocent.
With the scads of child abuse allegations Jackson has faced over the years, why would you even let your child within the confines of neverland ranch except as a get rich quick scheme? |

Whether he is guilty or not is largely a matter of conjecture - the evidence itself is weak and tainted. I personally despise the man, but anyone who isn't completely blinded by their instinctive suspicion of all that is "different" would have no choice but to tell you: a guilty verdict would clearly be inappropriate.
Also, I think the contents of this thread is a good example of why jurors should be paid professionals, not random people off the street who decide other people's fate based on their baseless "instincts." |

Maybe Micheal should be given the death sentence while he does his last concert. Right at the end of the concert all the kids get to come up on stage & clobber him to death with Iron batterns. I think Micheal will enjoy that way to die. |

| Jackson has outlived his usefulness I'm afraid. Whether he's guilty or innocent doesn't matter anymore. |

and tom mesereau is a badass attorney, he just destroys the prosecution most of the time. its obvious its all bull. They try to bring in the 1993 case to give to try and give them more credibility. its all about the money as said before. |

| I think he's guilty. I don't think the case would have gone this far if they did'nt have any evidence. And he's been accused about similar crimes in the past so there has to be something there. |
