Hey, I need a little help....

reface: I'm on a lot of meth right now (I think...), but I really didn't mean to be, this will all be explained. But please forgive my ramblings...
Today has been one of those days that just really hasn't been going well. Well, they started off well enough. Our usual hookup for E said that he could get some pills, and since it's been a while since me or my friend used any, we thought it would be a good time. The pills we got were exactly like the ones that we bought from the same person before. We tested the pills, and the results were a little sluggish to say that it was MDMA, but in low amounts. The pill was white with blue speckles, with a very crisp adidas logo. The bottom side of the pill was domed. We looked up a pill lookup on pillreports.com and it said that the pill was in fact E and it was a pretty good roll. I doesd myself the first time with 1 of the pills at around 8:30. After about half an hour or so I got the initial "OH I"M ROLLING" feeling, but it went away after about an hour. When I finally got home around 10, my roommate, who just doesd, told me of the test results. After a little discussion, we decided to split the other pill we had between the two of us so that we could get to be a little higher than we were. And after we dosed with the half pill (T+2 hours for me and T+ ~1 hour for my roommate.) Immediately after taking the other half of the pill, my roommate threw up everything that she had in her stomach at the time, I felt fine, but pretty sped up, but not rolling. Now it's almost 4 AM and neither of us have any intention of going to sleep.
Well, at this point, as near as we can figure it, we got a pill with a whole bunch of speed in it, and a little bit of MDA/MDMA, and according to my roommate some 2-C (She's reporting seeing visuals but not me.) The point is, there's something in this pill that is keeping us up way too long, and didn't show up in the EZ-test reagent kit (eztest.org), it tests for K, E, Dex, and speed. If anyone in the Buffalo/upstate New York area has seen a pill like this and can tell me something about this that would be awesome.
Now for the main rant, the guy who gets us our E, also has a hookup for opiates and muscle relaxers and such. So I call the guy at about midnight, and I tell him that my roommate isn't doing too well and if he would be so kind as to spare us some Valium or something like that. He said sure and that he had them, so I went over to his place to get them, and what does he give me? ing Efexor. What the is that going to do to help me sleep? We obviously don't have any idea what's in these goddamn pills, but I really don't think an antidepressant is what we need right now. So now we're sitting here twitching, drinking 40s (that I had to go in to beg the corner store to give us because it's illegal to sell liquor after 3 in our town. So if anyone has any idea what may be in the pills, that would be awesome, because I don't plan on sleeping for a long while...please help me. |

Sorry to hear about that bro. Its 5 hours after you posted, so hopefully you're winding down a bit by now.
Yeah antidepressants won't do much in the short term. And Uh, Effexor? There is research to support that taking an SSRI when you're coming down can be somewhat neuroprotective. It's said to block oxidized dopamine from entering the serotonin axon terminals where it's broken up by monoamine oxidase into something quite toxic. AFAIK Effexor is a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, and just a weak inhibitor of the reuptake of serotonin. I'd imagine taking a true SSRI like Paxil, Prozac, etc would work better.
A lot of people swear by 5-HTP as the anti-sketch and/or smoke a j. Might help. I'd imagine that alcohol would probably exasperate things. Valium and other benzodiazepines will calm ya down as they are CNS depressants... Caution is needed when engaging in any poly-drug (ab)use, especially when mixing sedatives with amphetamines.. But hey the USAF does just this with their "Go" and "No Go" pills the pilots use.
