| Since one of my speakers died, (Old Old speakers...) I only have the right speaker. My question is how would i get the stereo signal to mono? I am using a dxm01 mixer (no paning) and the mixer is conected to my amp with rca cables. Their is no other option of cables. |

do you have an amp?
are your speakers powered?
is there a mono/stereo switch on your mixer? |

| My mixer hooks straight up to my amp and no their is no mono/stereo switch or else i wouldnt have to start this thread, my only bet will be with wiring from my amp to my speaker or from my mixer to my amp. |

You can wire both the outputs from the amp in to the one speaker as long as you get the polarity right and TURN THE AMP RIGHT DOWN. You will just get a combined mono signal. This is fine if you are just listening to music but don't use this set up for monitoring.
don't want to state the obvious but you need to do some shopping.....:toothless |

Just get a 2 male RCA to 1 male RCA cable, it will take your mixers stero signal, make it mono, then just plug the end of the RCA into your left or right input depending on which speaker is blown.
No worries about damaging anything then, and can be done easy for like 5 bux. |
