I used to be a rep for one of the US's top carriers....
I'm pretty sure insurance won't cover you if the incident was criminal...
and you can be guaranteed to be non-renewed...
future premiums will increase...
You should pay for it somehow man, I guarantee that's the best thing you can do. |

| Drunken idiot!! You desrve that phone pole rapped around your stupid head. Go back to the scene & then smack your head against the new phone pole 10 times. After that, spin around 5 times before running out onto the road to get hit by oncoming traffic. Problem solved. |

perhaps... but you obviously don't know anyone who's been hit and/or killed by a drunk driver. i respect everyone's right to learn from their mistakes, but chiding them after they make a mistake is part of the learning process. this mistake just happened to be a particularly stupid one - he's extremely lucky, and i hope he learns from it. |
