Review: Spins in Lethbridge..perhaps the worst club in the world!

So I was bored off my ass in Lethbridge AB visting the parental units. I decided to check out this place some people had told me about. I don't know if they were on crack or what when they told me, but this place was terrible! There was no cover, that was probably the only good part about it!
So I walk in, and there is this two ty pool tables, i think they were made out of plastic or something. And a bar to the left, i thought this room was it, it probably would have been better off that way. I slowly started walking into the main room, where I was greeted by some of the test beats i have ever heard in my life. It was aparently top 40, I'd say it was top 40 test songs of all time! lol They were playing boring country and terrible rnb, a monkey could have done a better job than this DJ. The funny thing is he was so hyped about playing these tracks, he'd get on the mic and act as if he was the man. I was tempted to throw a beer bottle at him, but I held against my urges and decided to give him a chance.
So I start talking to this native guy, tells me to watch out, people here like to fight. I Say thanks, and walk onto the dance floor for a little bit, I had to dance, even though the beats were so bad I barely could. So I'm dancing for about 10 minutes, and dude comes up and taps me on the shoulder. "What the are you doing dancing?" Confused and thinking i'm hearing , i ask him to reapeat himself. He once again in a more agressive voice says " what the are you doing dancing?" At this point I had two options.. 1 unleash my rage and smash my beer bottle over his head and try and take on 100 people by myself, or 2 walk away. I decided to walk away, as much as I didn't want to. I never thought i'd be ragged on for dancing in a nightclub???:conf:
Anyways, thought I'd delight you all with my lovely night in Lethbridge! All i can say is i can't wait to be back in TO and party it up again with all the TOTA's!

| I don't understand why these people even go out! They just 90% of them just stand around and stare into the dancefloor yelling stupid comments. lol Definately makes me appreciate Toronto clubs that much more!:) |
