DNX-1500 Updates

Well i updated my X1500 about 2-3 months ago...how fast do the updates come out. Has there been an update ever so recently?
Aimed at those with the X1500 mixer. |

GGGrrrr... I thaught you had an announcement! There has only been one update since its actual release... But apparrently it will be out within a few months there working on new effects or so I am told... Eitherway this is prob a better site to ask about the bad boy...

There's an entire section devoted to the 1500...
Oh yea if you only got your X-1500 a few months ago was there any point getting the updates... I thaught they just shipped them all fully updated after the 1st ones release |

| Well, no i bought mine 2nd hand off someone who returned it after 2 weeks of use because he wanted a gemini umx over this....dont ask me why. i was crying of laughter. but anyway i didnt think he updated so hell i updated it. |

Negative.. I just got a BRAND NEW one 2 weeks ago... I had to update it aswell.. Kinda disappointing, but not exactly a huge issue... The mixer kicks ass regardless. |

Hummm... Strange I got mine in Jan and it was updated :p
It's an awesome peice of kit all the same... kinda never stop leaning new ways to mess about with your sounds too... Input matrix harrah! |

| the updates are optional - some people might not want certain things to be changed (the way the master volume is routed was changed with the first update) hence them not shipping the mixers fully updated |

| Mine came updated. I think it depends on how recenently manufactured it is, which can depend on how stores rotate their stock and re-order, etc. |
