How to apply noise gate to reverb tail?

Hey guys - did a forum search on noise gate but could not find what I'm looking for.

How do I use a noise gate to remove the tail off a reverb effect?
I am using FL Studio 5 and I have MG Trigger gate... I'm using FL's internal reverb.

If for some reason I can't do it with mgtriggergate, any ideas on how to automate the same effect?

Thanks guys! Always appreciated.

just a way I thinnk it could work (not sure anyway)

put your reverb on a one of the send slots in FX mixer...
and use the noise gate after it...

when you correctly set something to send to the reverb send ... the send returns only the reverb itself which can trigger the gate...

am I right?
