I searched but dont found a appreciation thread about this song...

I was listening to James Holden live at Innercity 2001 and close to the end started a track I noticed a song sounding like Airwave - When things go wrong , so cute and catchy...
When I listen to this tune I close my eyes and feel a wish of express love and care"!!! (sound werd0 but I ve a girlfriend hehe :P )

...WHAT THE SONG"!!!!

So I dig the tracklist from the set and I discover this is the classic that I never had heard before till some days ago"!!!

It was never high in my fav tracks list. But people don't realize that it was produced in 1992. And that alone says something...

great stuff like it. . .
disc 2 Sasha & Digweed, Northern Exposure 3: Expeditions

Yes it is a great tune, originally written & produced in '92 and finally released in '93. By far one of my fav PvD remixes along with his remix of Tranceparents - Child Two. PvD reworked his '93 Love Mix in '98 (which is the Love Club Mix) because he got pissed off for Kay Cee's '98 remake of Love Stimulation directly ripping off his love mix. Even if Kay Cee ripped off PvD's love mix quite badly IMO, Humate remixed Kay Cee's remake and turned it into a blissful 10min journey, stylewise reminding of Sunday Club works. In '98 came also Blank & Jones and Oliver Lieb mixes of Humate - Love Stimulation, of which both are good in their own way.. Lieb's much better tho. Humate's original version has always been pretty much overlooked due PvD's mix being the more appealing one.

Try also:

Sunday Club - Healing Dream
Mothers Pride - Floribunda (Big C Remix)
Beat Foundation - Foundations II

for more dreamy piano tunes from the mid-later 90s.

This is really a great and also important tune. Right now I'm listening to the CD.
But I personally don't find it that great. It was published 1993. For that time it's quite advanced. But there're a lot of further Tracks. E.g. Jens - Loops And Tings, The Visions Of Shiva - How Much Can You Take?, Morgenroth - E'Ela.

the original pvd love mix is one of my fav works by paul, very nice, this update is ok, it works but the 93 mix is so much better

Absolute classic, although I think PvD's "Beyond The Stars Mix" of Dance 2 Trance - Take A Freefall eclipses this one slightly as his best work. As for the updates, my favourite version is actually the Kay Cee one although I like the Oliver Lieb mixes also. Not a fan of the Blank & Jones Mix.

I don't remember quite how the PvD Love (Club) Mix sounds, but I like the Oliver Lieb Mix alot.

absolutely brilliant track!

Definitely one of my favourite tracks of all time, and one of my favourite Paul Van Dyk remixes as well.

That part where the bass drops out for a couple of bars and the little piano melody plays kills me every time :p :p

Blank & Jones Remix of this track is much more better than the PvD ones! :p
