jesus, you sound really inexeperienced, jaded, and ignorant...pretend i never asked you anything... |
This is the reason why she hasn't posted untill now.....because people like you Jayme who come off as stuffed s that have nothing better to do than judge people. Jenn is the farthest thing from jaded, ignorant, and inexperienced. Why why even bother??? |

your proofreading skills are impressive, guys...im really impressed fellas...im wasnt rolling my eyes when you guys corrected me...seriously, i swear i wasnt...
anyway, it's a process of weeding out the unwanted and ignorant...it's a harsh, but effective way of keeping the boards pure and about the music...now, if she proves me wrong, ill be the first to welcome her with open arms, but she didnt get off the right foot with the clubs she's mentioned and how she mentioned them...we dont need a fan of ty philly DJs here... |

| I never said anything about liking ty philly dj's. You asked what clubs i have been to and i answered you honestly. Sorry if liking Markus Schulz is ignorant and jaded to you. |

you went to Fluid ONCE for a DJ who spun there ONCE...now, make a habit of it... emerald city and everything they stand for...that's a se and be seen crowd with music that not even a deaf guy could enjoy...there's a new word for you to learn and it's called "intimacy"...at first, youll think these clubs (fluid, 125 on certain nights) are too small for you, but have faith in the connection a good DJ makes with a smaller crowd...
if im speaking in tongues to you right now and you have no ambition to grow musically and it shows, then you'll be hearing from me soon... |

Dang, Highmay - and I thought that I had been overly sensitive as of late. At least let her make a couple of dozen posts before you start criticizing. ;) She's probably afraid of us now. :(
-=- Now we bring you back to our regularly scheduled program -=-
Welcome to the boards, Jen! This is a rather diverse internet community and many of us still have yet to agree to disagree - so please don't be bashful because of a few bad apples (myself included).
Ciao! |

Bri, is that what this thing does? :p
Who would have ever known?
Click on said person's profile (bottom left of their post), look towards the bottom right of the profile page where it says "Add [screen name] to Your Ignore List" and voilą - they're gone!

| If my memory serves me correctly then Marco V, Bad Boy Bill, Timo Maas, NU-NRG, Danny Howells, and etc. all spun at emerald city. Hell, what do I know about good music since according to you I have no ambition to grow musically. FYI, I'm not even a fan of emerald city. I only go there when a good dj is spinning. As for smaller venues, I don't like feeling like a sardine in a can. So think whatever you like, I've been partying for over 6 years now. I know what I like and what I don't. I don't think I should be judged for that. So if going to certain venues in Philadelphia to be among friends makes me seem inexperience and jaded then so be it. At least I'm enjoying myself. |

No, that's not necessary. Everyone has their own personal taste. Don't apologize for things that you enjoy - you have the right to do whatever makes you happy.
The last time I was in Philly I partied at Motion, but I guess that place isn't even around anymore. I'm sure there are people who would say that place was weak, but I had a great time so f*ck 'em! :) |
