So at last..Here comes the second full length album from Antix - Twin Cost Discovery. Since their first album - Lull - released on Iboga Records in June 2003, Antix had major success with their very groovy and unique style. They have been playing their live set at a great number of events and have with success made a very good name for them selves in the scene.

Now two year later, Iboga Records is proud of releasing another well produced album. From start to end the Strom brothers takes you on a journey deeply into their soundscapes. You can truly tell that Antix has spent many hours making this album come true, and once again they surprise with their style, going in a new direction.

This is a must have album. Take a listen and let us know what you think!

Quality stuff from Antix. I've beem hammering their stuff in my previous two prog-psy mixes and am overjoyed that they released a new album. ;)

Also keep in mind that Phony Orphants will be releasing their new album in coming weeks. Ticon should have their album complete by the end of this year and Vibrasphere as well. Sounds like a good year for progg trance....

nice...i think one of Phony Orphant's latest singles was "Going Down" on the Playground compilation, which is quality prog-psy/trance as well...2004 & 2005 is def. going strong with the deeper side of prog. trance and psy

Yeah, 'Going Down' is a nice proggy groover. I'm hoping to see some more releases off of the Earregular label and I know P.O.R.N. records is coming out with some quality stuff. Digital structures has signed on some new artists, so they should be pumping out some good stuff.

Do you have any word as to what Son Kite has in store for '05?

Unfortunately not mate. To be frank, i've only slightly been keeping up with the latest prog-psy/trance releases, as i listen to mostly techno. Although there was a Minilogue promo CD some months ago, not sure if it will be released or anything but if you can find it, i'd strongly suggest you get your hands on it.

Ah, yes. I've been delving into a lot of my old Primate techno. Intec has been throwing out some good choons lately...
