no. I like itunes because it's very very simple to find music in your library. And when you've got 40+ gigs like I do, it's very handy.
Not only that, making playlists is a peace of cake.
The only downsides:
doesn't support cue sheets
visualization plugin is weak compared to some of the winamp ones: milkdrop

Hey Lisa, we should use this, then, to send our mp3s to each other!!! I've got Ferry @ Aria if you want...we can log on as Karim said and try it out...lemme know.

It's simply a player not a sharing tool.
However, on the same network, you can have somebody's library available for you to play. My housemate and I have eachothers libraries available to eachother.
For sending, you just drag the file from iTunes into the MSN messenger window.

windows key + d = show desktop
ctrl + c = copy
ctrl + v = paste
ctrl + t = new tab for mozilla |

No size limits in messenger. However sadly there's no resume option either. So if the transfer fails near the end, you gotta do it all over again. :(

CTRL + N for a new browser window (IE or Firefox)
Windows Key + E will bring up windows/file explorer
