sounds good.
Maybe I was wrong. Maybe there is a chance that they might release another album full of original songs :) :) :) |

ahh, so u dont have the last 2 tracks on the tracklist. hehe.
speed of sound was cool. Whilst listening to it I couldnt help but get the feeling that they might have recorded it shortly after Clocks. It had the same sort of feel to it. Their style is starting to become very old and noticable.... not that there's anything wrong with that... its good that they've got their own style.

a lot of people are ripping them for stealing Radiohead's style.. i personally dont see nothing wrong with that...
i haven't had much exposure to radiohead so I can't really say... |

| Heard it on the radio today for the first time. The drums def. have that "Clocks" beat but "clocks" was awesome so it's okay. The rest of the song is pretty quality too. Def. has potential to be big this summer. |

Oh no, they're no match for Radiohead.
...And I dont see the similarity in their style/s. :conf:
On one hand you've got 'Radiohead', a depressing band with slow tempo songs, lots of electronic elements.
Coldplay on the other hand are what I like to call the lucky band. These days when its extremely hard to come up with original songs coldplay started coming up with lots of them, yet they were evenm luckier to pull it off with such simplicity. They also prefer non electronic elements although some of their stuff involves tweaking with guitars and stuff like that. furthermore, their music is somewhat semi-uplifting. |
