I just bought a new laptop and i need to get my songs from the desktop to the new laptop. I have iTunes and a mini ipod. is there anyway to sync the songs that are already on the ipod into the itunes library?

negative.
unless you have xplay. but with itunes, the only istance i can remember is if 1. you have it set as an external hard drive, or 2. you had some plugin thingy |

Hey,
Just get a network crossover cable and connect the 2 computers and share out one of you hard drives and you'll be good to go!! |

Exactly what I was just about to say. or copy them all onto DVD depending on how much you are wanting to copy over? |
