dont know if any of you have listened to erasure.. i know only a few listen to new wave.,, but, this was a great concert. andy bell and vince clarke(created depeche mode, yaz) put on a great show. vince clarke is a musical genious and andy bell probably has the best singing voice in this genre in my opinion. the crowd wasnt bad either... thought it was gonna be a bit awkward since erasure has such a big gay fan base... but it wasnt at all.
some classics they played: o'lamour, little respect, blue savannah, always, love to hate you, rapture. and they they few from their new album also... no doubt, breathe and couple others.

ah damn it. :whip:

i've been a fan of erasure before i even knew who they were!! i would listen to their music in the car as a little kid with my mom driving... i made the connection that it was always the same ppl singing those songs didn't actually gather it was erasure prally til the mid to late 90s lol.

anyways, glad you had a good time! thank you for the review :D

"never get angry at the stupid people... though i go crazy with the dullness of my life.. sittin and stare at a dusty window.. an empty face stares back at me and cry..." --Erasure 'Piano Song' <-- illest erasure ballad ever. did they perform this ?

Nice review. Did they play Breath of Life? That one is my favourite :) And what about Stop?

they didnt play the piano song.. i wish they did.. great 'n song. and they did play "stop" forgot to mention it above. this concert felt like their "best of concert" b/c it had sooo many classics! anyways.. if u guys can, try to take a listen of their latest album. its called nightbird ... alot of great songs... they pretty much kept their original sound. some songs from new album u guys should check out ... no doubt, one last rocket to the moon, breathe,i bet youre mad at me. i pretty much like the whole album.
