Well it happened. I've had these headphones for about 6 months now and the hairline cracks are becoming very present. Right where you all warned me too, on the swivel cup. E-mailed my dealer, going to see if I can upgrade. Its a damn pitty, these headphones sound and feel amazing.

At this point in time going to have to warn you all to avoid these headphones, get the DJ Pro 2000 in its place.

Yeah... I have had mine replaced twice but that was a few months ago now with a promese from stanton they wont do it again... and they havent... It just s me they did it in the first place because there the comfy-est cans in the world

ive been waiting on mine since xmas!:wtf:

are they really as great as everyone says as far as the sound?

been debating on wether or not i should keep waiting on the stantons or just ask for a diff model... been looking at the 700s and RPDJ-1210s - in white:p the 1000s are pretty tempting as well accept for all the reports of signal loss
Funk T
Yea no, DONT GET THEM

i bought the 3000s after my HDJ-1000s snapped. to be honest they dont hold a candle to the pioneers as far as sound quality goes. i like my bass to be punchy when mixing and the stanton's just havnt got it in em. they are comfy tho and the ladies like the glowing blue lights :tongue3

Well I got the cold sholder at my local outlet here. So Im going to have to call Stanton...urg
Funk T
Well that was weird, got a about face from both places. My local dealer is willing to send them in for me and Stanton returned my email 2 weeks later and said they will fix em. Not bad :o
