Chris salt - Dub Sonar / Distorted reality

Great tunes here. The standout is 'dub sonar'. If you like it deep atmospheric and melodic this is for you. It sounds like Perry O neil mixed with G&D with a hint of Airdrawndagger melodies. A nice subtle filtered acid line mirrors the bass key changes througout the track. The bass is a smooth, deep pad. A great breakbeat is put in after a short breakbown, great for mixing.
'Distorted Reality' is a bit more chunky and techy, yet still melodic. It has a spoken word female vocal through it.
Set wise it slots very nicely into a prog trance set, think Northern exposure Expeditions style.

Interesting that I got sent a promo if its that old. Its all good though. Just discovered Chris Salt at the end of last year due to his remix of Katcha - Touched by god. |

| i prefer something like sounds rushing by dominic plaza or nikola gala for peak times :), maybe even some gpal, maybe i just got no rythm:/ |
