I read on the ISOS4 cd review thread that apparently Portishead didnt want to be on the mix compilation so T&S reworked the tune without vocals and minor key changes so Tijs could use it on ISOS4

The rework is okay, but it's nothing really special. The vocals and melody in Roads are a lot better, personally. |

Soul Tan is an alias used by Sultan. And it is listed in the liner notes to ISOS 4 as SoulTan. |

Sultan is only used with releases on Yooshi/Shinichi...ect.
when working with any other labels he uses Soul Tan
the same goes for tony...The Greek is exclusive to Yoshi, and for other labels he uses ToneDepth (without the space)
