as for the comment about Sneak.. ya he did blow chunks at Celebration.. he can be hit or miss.. usually miss in my case.
He was going out with a girl that used to bartend at Atomic.. not sure if they are still together, but any frequency in his visits to these parts is more likely linked to the fact that he lives in Toronto.
I am not that excited to see BBB.. I didn't catch his last set at Aria but he was spinning a really 'lazy' set by his standards and not doing any tricks or scratching.. and as far as I am concerned.. if he isn't doing that he's not worth booking.
I am sure it will be a great even though! I am happy the venue is Capital City too.. haven't been there since it was 'RJ's boom boom saloon' hehe |

hehe.. well... I wouldn't use the term 'involved', but my first 'party' in Montreal was the Sasha & Digweed Northern Exposure tour in 1996 at the Just for Laughs Musuem (dope venue!)

Respect to you for calling Bad Boy Bill on his laziness as of late.
As far as I'm concerned you got lazy around 2001, just after his 5th Bangin' the Box compilation.
Bill used to be a monster back in the day, competing with the best of them as far back as late 80's early 90's with his DMC competitions.
And he really came into his own about the same time as Dan, Glaude et al.
Respect to Dan and Glaude, as well as Angel Alanis for keepin' it real, bumpin' and chunkin'......
And a shout out to all that were there on Saturday to witness Dan's set Unfortunately I missed it, you all were very lucky. If it was anything like his set @ Celebration it must have been sick. By the way you should go and check Dan's site for a comment about his set on New Year's. It's quite interesting ;) |

| Lineup looks pretty good. I think I'll be there that weekend. Went there this weekend, not much of a nightlife in Ottawa, but it was still pretty fun. |

i'm part of the group throwing the canada day event in ottawa. i can definetely say that ottawa's scene is nowhere close to what montreal's is, but i can also say that ottawa will kill any other canadian city on canada day. tens of thousands of people partying in the strrets. all of downtown ottawa closed down for this crazy day!
krinker - mike is definetely on that lineup ;)
