REVIEW: BLA & Midi Miliz @ BOA

Its been SOO long since I've been to the 1st BLA party @ BOA & I was counting the days...I got there are around 12ish to catch Jarek dropping some sweet tracks.I hear him last weekend @ PsyVenture & he told me then that he was gonna drop some even BETTER tunes...well he was right:D ...He was solid during his entire set...Midi Miliz we're SOO amazing as well...It was my 1st time hearing these guys live & will def. check them out next time:tongue2.
THere was more people this time around for BLA which was great so I hope that BOA will invite them back real soon;)...THere we're some ed up people walkin around bumping into people which kinda pissed me off but, generally, the crowd was well behaved...
The only thing that irked me was that they stopped serving alcohol at like 1:20/ 1:30 am....what the is up with that:conf:
In any case I had a wicked time and great job you guys at BLA & BOA:) |

Oh I know that....Actually a friend of mine told me that they ran out but I don't believe that....wasn't a big deal for me but some friends of mine got there at 1:20am or so & told that they weren't serving any more alcohol...They had a great time anyway:tongue2 |

| amazing, awsome ,great is how i would describe the BLA party the art was amazing really gave the place a warm atmosphere. Everyone was having a great time just feeling the music , it was good vibes everywhere. Met some really nice people and everyone had a smile on their face , one of the best party's purely on the vibe, the crowd really made the difference. The dj's were soooo good , got me really dancing , however i thought that they would play alot more ambiant psytrance , prob cause thats what i was feeling for since i arrived at 4 , and just felt like chillin but who sits at a party .... NO ME :happy2: |

Yeh, gotta admit, I haven't had that much fun in looong time :)
BLA DJs , especially Jarek and Yeb played some really great tunes (just what I was hoping to hear). Midimiliz played some crazy set consisted of their new Album and even some oldies :). Midimiliz + Boa's sound system = wikkid night.
Yann from Tech Safari played some really crazy tunes as well. It was the first time I had a chance to hear him. Too bad I had to leave right after Midimiliz set, as I had to work next morning, but knowing the great music selection and skills from Sketi and Andrew I knew that the night will get even better and better.
Thank you BLA for such opportunity to have fun and enjoy myself. Looking forward to your next event.

it was so hot in there , they had cool tshirts like my friend adam on my right wish i brought more $$

Haven't been to BOA since Kaskade, nice DJ booth. Nice little playground right in front. I gotta say the bass was tweeked a little too heavy, it was ing with every single water molecule in my body at some points. Any suggestions for ear plugs?
I stayed till 6am, decent climaxes, vibe was excellent. Did you know a shot of vodka cost $4.00 and a water cost $5.00? go figure. We're going to start requiring government funding to stay hydrated in clubs.
I did get a bottle of imported water from Norway at the new Bamboo, I'll take a picture of that. $5.75 for Norwegian spring water... deer piss, bear and all. |
