A little help submitting to Discogs please

Hello friendly CORe whores.
I need some help submitting two releases to discogs. I already submitted them but they were rejected by the moderator. :eek: :eek: I have never submitted a release before, so you can excuse my mistakes :p
Here are the releases and the reasons why they were rejected:

OK, so as far as i can tell i just need to change the credits to DJ Mix - Adam White for both, and change the tracklisting for track 2.03 from the first one.

I just wasn't sure what that meant and how i should write it.
The offending track from the tracklist is:

*EDIT* OK I'm an idiot.....it all makes sense now. I had a look at Red Karma's discog listing and i now see that this track features Tom Wolff.
