I saw sasha and digweed at the amercian airlines arena, and if you werent on the main floor right close to the speakers the sound SUCKED.
I prefer clubs. |

Wow...LA's super lucky. That's a pretty cheap event for what you get! Wish I could go...I've only seen PvD once, last June...he just doens't come around as much as he should! Geez!! I have him in a category all on his own b/c I think he's so amazingly talented.
This makes me want to watch the Global DVD! |

But that was in an indoor arena, not an outdoor event. Arenas can be notoriously bad for concert sound. Would u still pick a club over Ultra Fest or Dance Valley? ;)
Stand on the stage at the Guv & the sound is much more muffled than on the dance floor.
Indoor or not, it just all depends on how the sound system is set up.
The point is, how often can u go see an event like this in a stadium? Location, location, location. |

I don't necessarily share this view though, as Toronto does have it good when it comes to the EDM scene in general.
It's a little more cozy than a 100,000 person rave but you know what? I like it that way...
But I agree; I can't even begin to image the headaches of the logistics of this; especially given the municipal politics around here:
