Heh, yeah the nights all coming to a blur, and I don't have Pett's crazy trance mnemonic memory chip thing in my brain for IDing AND remembering flawlessly an entire set. Props to you buddy for being able to do that!
It wasn't HH, but had my moment hearing Protect your Mind. |

I also missed that there wasnt much of an oldskool HHC set like at the last one... wanted to hear HHC from like 1997, 1998 and 1999 (as these are the years when i used to listen it, so i know most the n songs)
but i heard still a load that i knew

Awww should have told me that bro. I have a load of HH on my file server. My Xbox is modded up and running Xbox Media Center, so could have played it in the basement.

KARIM'S PHOTO REVIEW (Sorry to all the parties involved, I gave up trying to correct the redeye)
So the night starts off with Ryan (aka mindspin) and I running around hamilton going to somebody's birthday party. When the party leaves to go to the bar, we hit the highway to Toronto. We do a little detour and we see this SWEET porsche parked on the street.
We later find out that this bad boy belongs to Fuad (fn_xtc). Damn.
So me and Ryan walk into our first hulla party greeted by a whole bunch of space cadets. HAPPY HULLA!! We then walk into the main room only to discover a sea of candy with explosive energy.
I then spot Jamie (Jem_hadar), Michelle (Lilpoonzgirl), Katy (MissK), and Simon (SurrJRS) on the dancefloor, so I go to surprise them with my unexpected arrival.
Still in shock at the insanity of it all, we decide to go out for a smoke. We then see this wicked shirt and Ryan and Katy strike a pose.
We then re-enter the opera house and proceed to dance, chill, and explore. The Opera House is a great venue. I was surprised at how great it is for a party. WOW. The high ceilings and the balcony really make it great.

Back to the crew and the party continues.....

Solid night. Not something I'd do all the time, but something I'm glad I experienced.

This party was sold out. We walked up the bouncer and asked "What are the chances of getting in without a ticket?" and then he goes "Pretty good" asks the lady running the ticket booth, and she said "$40 a head". $10 more than preorder, but still worth it none the less.
