It's time to upgrade...

Hey all. I've reached that time in every DJ's life where s/he must say good bye to old ty equipment, and upgrade. I currently spin on a pair of American Audio CDJ-1's, and a matching QD-3 mixer. Yes, please cringe. It's ok. ;-)

So I'm looking at getting a pair of Numark Axis 9's, and a DXM-09 mixer to match, for house and trance mixing. Just a few quick questions:

1. Is there any good reason for me not to buy these? Are they over priced, or known for being shoddy?

2. On the Axis 9's, does anyone know the precision of the pitch? Am I going to stay at +/- .1%, or does it get better to +/- .05%? Also, I keep hearing about there being different versions, an A, B and C in particular. Is this simply the difference between having a red screen or a blue screen, or is it something more?

Yes, I've gone through the search, and I did find a few of the tidbits useful, but I thought I would ask for more specific information. So thanks in advance for sharing your experiences with this equipment.
