i remember reading about this when it happened. such a tragedy. :(
no amount of money can make up for such a huge loss but i'm glad her family will not have to worry about money... |

LOL dont throw our celts in there... no-one goes that nuts for them... us celts fans r not rowdy hehe... lol thats cuz basketball is much more of a spectator sport than baseball.. i.e. beer is not 100% necessary to keep someone's attention on it :D |

one of my buddies was there when she got killed, he said she and a bucnh of other people were standing on a billboard. he said they weren't really doing anything bad but the police were screaming at them to get down. then they opened fire on the billboard with the beanbag gun. it was ed up cause they were shooting at their heads not their bodies which is what they're supposed to do if they start firing at all.
he saw her fall down and said it was soo surreal, the crowd went quite and people started running trying to get away from the cops.
there was no way they should have been firing on anyone that night. aside from a couple boneheads that started fires in some places, the crowd was relatively complacent with just being outside fenway |

lol complacent crowd of drunk college kids in boston? Doubtful...

haha yea i used the word 'complacent' compared to the crap that was going on the night before in the commons and outside fenway. |

Still was considered even a dangerous method of subdoing a crowd by the police department as you were supposed to be certified to be carrying the weapon that shot the beanbag.The Officer that fired the weapon was not certified in using that weapon.The commanding officer who ordered the firing was aware of this as well so hes also screwed. |
