James Zabiela - Utilities

Zabiela is working on a new album (mix CD), which will be called utilities. It is supposed to come out later this year on renaissance.
An EP is supposed to be coming out as well, on Hearing Aid, which is his (and sidoli's) label.
I'm hoping the mix CD will contain less Auto Transform/Jet/Zip scratches, and more complicated mixes. I'd like to hear more regular scratching if he still feels the need to do some scratching, as I thought the more traditional scratches sounded more pleasant, such as the ones on sound in motion, and his sets before that (Apparantly he only started using the EFX500 shortly after sound in motion was recorded.)
I doubt that will be the case though, as he is probably having too much fun with the efx1000, but he has to get tired of that auto transform/jet technique at some point. |

DUDE DID YOU SEER ALL THE KNOBS ON THE DJM1000 AND THEY REPLACED THE PADDLE FADERS WITH TOUCH FADERS!
