WOOT WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!

People are you re-a-dy?

Nick baby is back........with his 6th Mix for the Boxed Boys. One of my all-time favourite prog/trance DJ's - NIck Warren blew a few minds with his last outing here - at Decadence 2 - and it sounds like his tough edgier sound will be continued with this release!!!
GU 8 and 11 (I still pull out from time to time) and my first time seeing him in 2001 and meeting him afterwards as he came down and chilled with the crowd after his set - cemented my respect!!!! I am gushing right now.... - :disbelief YES!!!!
Happy Happy Joy Joy!!!!!

Ugh...I love Nick...but come on!! Who's doin GU029? James Lavelle or Deep Dish? Get some in new DJ's for cryin out loud!!

It's a good thing Nick is capable of making a CD with a completely different and new sound though, otherwise I would've given up on GU completely.

yeah I know this being 6 of 28 releases = 21%
(but as you said quite succinctly) his mixes are quite diverse (for this series) - and I am quite eager to add this one to my collection (I only need to get the first 2). LONG CASE of course....

I do not know why they seem to be recycling the last few DJ's - if only for contractual reasons (multi-record deal??) - Sasha is out as he is starting a new string on the GU concept, I guess Danny T is about due for another one. Digweed ???? Seaman I guess is almost due as well.....

I do not think they would ever have AVB, Corsten or Tiesto do any of them.

Otherwise Holden, Zabiela, Chus and Ceballos, could be contenders.
In the last few years (since 2000 - too many new series have popped up that are exclusively using other DJ's) so this could be the problem as well. Oh well - I loved this series from the start and I will continue to collect them as they were at one time THE BEST mixed cd series around trackwise/packaging wise/DJ wise - very FORWARD thinking and new - since digital MP3 downloading though - some of the magic of this series has been lost - as these tracks/mixes are now available everywhere to anyone willing to search the web....nonetheless if Nick 's GU 28 release is out in time for the Sat July 16 2005 - it would be a GOOD thing!!! So excited
