fans of the harder beats should definitely check out Pet Duo, they are a married couple that often play on 4+ dex, some pounding shiiiate.. lot's of buzz about them in europe where they are getting booked more frequently.

nope.. they most likely won't be in Montreal anytime soon.
If you are a headlining techno dj and your name is not Carl, Sven, Chris, Adam, Ben, Marco, Mauro, Barbara or Dave maybe.. odds of probably getting booked at a montreal club event are pretty slim.
(stoked for Siegling again though!)
but you know, the promoters nowadays actually do very little to 'educate' their patrons and expose them to what is fresh/hot..
the argument is that they won't book someone who won't draw, but yet it seems like a one way street here.
It's got to start somewhere Marcus007, so by all means.. spread the word!
