I cant decide if I should get the following mixer:
Denon DN-X1500 (first choice)
Xone 62
Pioneer DJM 600 (Last choice)
If you could could tell me which you think you be the best and where to buy that would be great. Thank you |

| I've heard nothing but great things about the DNX-1500. You should be quite happy with it. |

| I also have only heard good things about the Denon, havent had a chance to use it myself though. Having used the djm on many occasions and being a happy owner of a xone:62 for 2 years now I can only suggest the xone :) |

Hey M8!
email me at [email protected] and I'll hook you up. You can even swing by my office and pick up the dn-x1500 if you wish, my office is near LAX, on Hindry near West Manchester. you'll save a bit on shipping that way. got one dn-x1500 left. Also have xone 062's in stock but at my Michigan warehouse, so if you want that mixer, I'll definately hook you up as well, it will just take a few days to get to you and a small shipping charge.
Cheers... |

by far the best sound quality
its a serious mixer....no crappy effects
only top notch filters that make a mixing session thaT much nicer
i own a xone 32 and i just cant find something bad about that mixer

Granted dude, the Xone and DNX series are both seriously quality, but the DJM 600 is nothing to sneeze at... The ONLY downfall to it is that it hasn't been upgraded in a long while and it's price doesn't reflect that.
My opinion, go for the Xone, I'm planning on hooking up an X 62 by the end of the summer... But that doesn't mean I haven't thoroughly enjoyed the time that I've owned my DJM 500, and worked on DJM 600's...
Peace, Cheers,

I would definitely recommend buying from Tranz. I bought my X1500 from him and it was an excellent deal. As far as my recommendation, having never touched the Xone:62 I'd recommend the X1500. |

| I would go for the denon or the xone... I prefer the xone as it gives a much warmer analog sound. |

to the OP:
did you think about the ecler nuo 5? i have heard nothing but positive reviews from various my message boards including this one.
my friend is about to buy the nuo 5 from www.agiprodj.com. he claims they sell them the cheapest.
good luck! |

Do you know what your talking about mate? The 92 is just an upgrade from the 62, the only extra features are:
- MIDI capability
- LFO on the filters
- Better layout
- Additional aux send per channel
- Extra features within the monitor section
As far as sound quality and general feel they are both very very similar!
I'd recommend the Xone 62 simply because Allen & Heath manufacture mixers of only the highest quality. You wont be disappointed mate :) |

based on personal experience, i would have to disagree. i have had my allen and heath xone 62 for about two years now and almost all of the faders are now crackling to some degree. some of the eq pots are crackling also. i have never used this mixer anywhere except in the comfort of my own him, albeit i do play with it alot. |
