if you want a cheap good mexican beer= TECATE
if you want a beer that is good, tastes like corona, but it makes you think "Corona is supposed to taste like THIS, and failed :("= MODELO ESPECIAL
if you want a solid tasting beer. Kind of a fruity hint to it, and frankly its my favorite tasting beer thus far= PACIFICO
all these beers are splendid, and then.........then there's corona ;)
so feel free to taste test on this fine Mexican day.

Then they lied. Mexico was never a French colony. Mexico was a SPANISH colony. And Mexico declared its independence from mother Spain on midnight, the 15th of September, 1810. 11 years later someone finally told the Spanish soldiers and they left Mexico.
