Well although Canada started really well they suck ass now...I don't think they won any games lately, and been barely getting by with a tie against teams they should have defeated...

Right now end of second period they are tied 1-1 with Ukraine...like WTF?!

Let this be a reminder for the need of veteran leadership too...not enough experience, IMHO, outside of Brodeur and a few others.

Brodeur and Luongo is a solid situation on paper...defense corps is decent...but up front, this is not a good representation of the kind of team Canada COULD put on the ice. Too many role players, IMHO.

I think they were relying on Heatley to produce this year. He still doesn't quite have what it takes to fill the skates that were left behind :nervous:

Well no he hasn't but Nash surely has been stepping it up. He's leading the tournament in goals with 9, way to go.
