I think its the temperature changes I have endured plus flying alot recently. Since April I have done Manchester UK to Milan to NYC to Miami back to NYC to Milan then back to Manchester to pack up then to Milan then San Marino then finally moving back to NYC. Like tons of flying miles about 30 different temp changes.
Friend told me to boil a pot of water and stick your head over it for 2 minutes while boiling. It clears ur sinuses(sp).:wtf: Gonna try it later tonite lol |

Yea I have done that one too, it also is good to clean out your pores. Next time throw a wash cloth over your head and let it droop down the sides of the pot. It keeps more steam in, and you can also throw a lil mint or eucalyptus in the water for and added effect ;)
I think Sveta misunderstood and thought your friend told you to put your head IN the water instead of Over the water hehe ;) |
