Hello moment to introduce myself.
My names Adam Dietz from massachussets usa.
Been into electronic music as of 1998 as a fan of the crystal method.
That was until i heard trance and became infatuated with it.
Just a listener until i realized this was something i wanted to do.
i started with samll things playstation mtv music generator lol.
did that for like 2 years until i won a contest a few years back with mtv music generator for pc it was a mix of the softwares samples type contest.
I then purchased fruity loops in 2002 and never touched it after freaking out because it all seemed so hard to me.
Flash forward a year my dad bought me a midi controller a midiman oxygen 8 for my birthday.
I asked him why stating i wasnt into making music anymore and he stated to me (the tapes u made me are getting old i need new stuff)
so my dad was a fan lol and trust me he loves breakbeats he listens to radio shows etc on friday nights we have here in us.
hes 50 as well so its rather funny when u see him in his truck doing 80 blasting beatbox baby.
after i got the keyboard i went nuts producing all sorts of stuff.But i could never put my finger on trance it was not me really when i wrote music it was more trance with a breakbeat feel.
i guess all the crystal methods beat influenced my thrive for big beat breaks.
and then at the same time people like aquagen and warp brothers pushed me towards trance and house.
I then made friend with anders of timelab we would chat thru yahoo messenger often sending stuff back and forth and it was fun big fan of his stuff.
after awhile i stopped producing and worked alot and now decided to get back to it and am purchasing a synth comes next friday (Alesis Micron)
im currently running
p4 512ram xp flstudio xxl 5.0 tons of vst's midiman oxygen8 and as of friday a micron.
well u can hear some old stuff i posted recently as i got nothing to post im waiting on my synth.
