He probably thinks that satire is a musical genre since some tunes on this forum have been called satire. It is however, a form of humour. Google is your friend.

It's a pretty strange thread you know, mate.

There is no such musical genre as "satire", although i suppose it is true that some producers make music that is "tongue-in-cheek" towards a certain sound or certain genre.

Satire is a literary device. For more information, consult your dictionary. If pain persists, see your doctor :p

alright, and this is addressed to everybody:

I made a thread yesterday about richard cheese. i didnt know what genre "Frank Sinatra" type music was. I then download some Richard Cheese music had a look at the WINAMP genre... it said "Satire"


so there you all go :p
