Thanks for all the advice on the mixer. I ended up going with the Denon DNX1500. Now I need to get some decks. Looking at the DNX1500 sitting in the box and not being able to use it is killing me. I really wanted to get some Denon DN-S5000's but I dont have the cash for that at the moment. Do you guys think the Axis 9's would be a good temporary set up to get started? Or if anyone has any CD decks they want to sell let me know. Thanks

i personally wouldve gotten tables first...imo. but take a look at the pioneer cdj-200 or the denon dns-1000. they're cheap, and reliable. well the denon from what ive seen. its a great cd player, but i feel like the "platter" that it has...its a bit janky, but then again, it is a low-end cd player |

yeah, i'd stay away from teh Axis 9s. Unless I'm mistaken, its the all black model. I played on it a few times and realyl didn't like it. Pioneers are the way to go atm. The cdj200's look awesome for the money. Also check out the cheaper Denon deck...the 3000. |
