hmmm, its gonna be tough series, i pick pistons in 6 or 7, depends how shaq is, if his healthy, the heat might pull it in 7. in the other side i dont know, i pick san antonio over mavs/suns.
i stick with my finals prediction: spurs-pistons |

Even though I am a Warriors fan, I grew up idolizing Reggie Miller. That guy would never stop trying, and is probably one of the greatest clutch shooters in NBA history, It's so sad to see that the Pacers had to lose that series, but the Pistons were just too much.
I'm gonna have to walk around campus today with my Miller jersey on today, in commemoration for his hall of fame career. | I totally agree with you. Its going to be odd next year watching Pacer games and not seeing Miller. Too bad they couldn't come through last year in the Conference Finals. But like you said, the Pistons have been better the past two years.
My favourite memory of Reggie is going to be that game winning shot he shot in MJ's face; in 98' I believe.
Btw: Your signature is great. As an Avalanche fan I have to say the Detroit Red Wings vs Colorado Avalanche aren't the same without him. Also considering many of the players have moved since 95-96'. However, a lot of great memories! |

ok .. my bold predictions ..
pistons in 6 ..
spurs in 4 ..
i say the spurs sweep the suns, because i have a feeling ol' greg popovich is going to play hard-nosed and rough on the suns' starting 5, therefore not having the energy to jack the 3s everytime .. and of course, amare or shawn marion will have to guard mr. tim 'mr personality' duncan, which imo is the best power forward today .. he gets the job done .. yeah yeah he doesnt make those game winning shots and everything, but he plays hard nosed defense, and just buffoons his assailant who tries to guard him with his 10 foot bank shots or turnaround jumpers .. |

is it just me or did steve nash prove that he is the nba'S MVP this year ? .
or is it just the fact that jason terry, michael finley, jerry stackhouse, darrell armstrong, and marquis daniels do not know how to play defense ... :wtf: :nervous: :nervous: |

| well nash is a great great player and he deserved to win MVP. but if he really is that dominat he has to prove he can do it with the spurs defence (best in the NBA). i love steve nash though. |

Ah the good old Claude Lemieux days and the brawls that followed | Don't forget he was essential in the playoffs for the Canadians and Avalanche. He shouldn't only be remembered for his ugliest moments with the Drape incident. |

| Steve Nash had a great series because the Mavericks realized they could not beat the Suns by allowing Amare and Marion to get their usual looks. Therefore, Nash was allowed too many times to do what ever he wanted. I'm not taking anything away from Nash though. He was the MVP in my eyes and is a great player. |
