No I think its because he lead his team to the #1 spot in the West the hardest conference in the league. :rolleyes: They'll do anything to sell newspapers |

| just like the officials were told to watch Yao closer....ridiculous.Nash turned a barely in this league last year team into best in the west....Quentin Richardson hasn't gotten as much run as he deserves though being a consistent outside threat.Heat would have been in the playoffs no matter what in the "junior varsity "conference |

A journalist who writes for the Miami Herald wrote the story.. His idea was that Nash won the MVP award because he is white. Makes no sense to me considering a number of people vote for the MVP unlike a select commitee.
Like someone above said.. Just a journalist trying to sell papers and cause controversy. |

yea I think it was Dan Le Batard of the Miami Herald or as I like to call him Dan Le Bastard.
Dont look too much into it, I still believe Shaq was more of an MVP,but hey whatever congrats to Nash. |

| To be honest well deserved MVP award...Without him there will be no Suns this year IMO...But wait and see him playing in this year's NBA Finals... :) |

The so called press who are saying this are from Florida. Shaq, who was the other candidate for MPV plays for Miami. See what i'm getting at here...
Nash deserved the MPV title based on numbers and his impact on the team and league. Colors got nothing to do with it. |
