btw, I'd recommend you try to look for Roses jam in Bulgaria. avoid the comercial ones with all sugar though. Also, Bulgarian feta > greek feta :p |

I am not sure, but the looks and texture are different (plus taste of course)
personally, I prefer Bulgarian for sandwiches and Greek for salad
make sure they don't sell you some old or dirty cheese ;) |

Haha. IT's usually Ouzo in mainland greece and some more "moonshine" type stuff if you head into a village or something. In Cyprus we drink Zyvania which is our type of "moonshine". My uncle recently made some here and brought a bottle over for Easter...good stuff.
