his remixes are all the same, just the original with an other beat (the standard PVD beat he uses for 4324324 years now) |

You're totally right ... it's not really anything new or innovative from PvD ... loads of people really rate it but it just seems half arsed to me (maybe it'll sound better 'in context' on TPOD2). Both names (Deep Dish/Paul van Dyk) on one record is guaranteed to make some serious $$$ for Positiva too.
I do like the acidy noises he's brought back though. :D |

PvD's well known for doing stuff like this ... he's done it in the past with Faithless, Hemstock & Jennings, etc
I doubt there's any link between that and his general style atm though ... if you listen to his Soundgarden show on Fritz he's always playing loads of proggy stuff. |
