i was looking into vacation packages out to Australia and wanted to ask ya cause i didnt want to ask the lady at the booking agency
is it really legal to smoke weed in Australia? |

the answer to your question is... it depends what state you're in. it's not legal, but in some states it's not a criminally punishable offence to possess or use the drug (depending on how much you're carrying of course).
