So if I don't want to burn an hour long album that's in the form of one MP3 file can I use the cue in any programs to have it split the tracks based on the cue and export them to a directory, possibly even using the file names given by the cue file? |
refer here. half way down the page. |

Apparently I need to explain the definition of unreleased track to you. It means that the track has not been released and will not be released. Which means that I can't buy it. Which means that by downloading it I'm not preventing the artist from making money off of his work. , some of this stuff is right on the artists' websites [point in case: Justin Timberlake - Rock Your Body (Sander Kleinenberg's 1999 Remix)]. |

That's one case in a million :stongue: :stongue: :stongue: |

yeah, it is, man, its copyright infringement. i dont give a though, i have 300gb+ of music on mine, but i am totally aware of what i am doing. |
Funny, I could have sworn that the all the charges were dropped from the people who had more music than some music stores. It is not illegal to download music in Canada. |

Yes it is. The RIAA can't do about it, but it is international copyright you're breaking. international |

Breaking copyright, yes. Illegal, no. That's all I really care about.

A few Canadians were brought to court because the amount of MP3s they had rivaled the amount of music in some record store. The case was thrown out and the judge deamed their possession of these MP3s to be 100% legal. |

breaking copyright is illegal :p
but yeah, canada won't do anything about it. it's up to each country to decide how to punish copyright breakers |

If it's illegal then why is it that the cases were thrown out? Surely if you're engaging in illegal activity and it's taken to court something would be done. |
